Testimonials from
Our Listeners
This is a fantastic idea that will help everyone to actually do breathing exercises. Some people find it hard to keep doing breathing exercises, despite the many proven benefits. Harmonic Breathing makes it interesting, different, easier and even fun!

This is amazing! It was remarkable how quickly my breathing pattern set itself to the music, without having to think about it. I can drop two apps off my phone now and get rid a load of notifications that I haven't meditated for 3 months!

It is truly amazing how great of a track one can produce with just a few drones and some proper - possibly shamanic - knowledge. Finely produced lingering drones seep into your soul one fractal element at a time, nurturing all that's fractured.

Resonance Breathing

Harmonic Breathing makes it easy to do slow paced breathing - just follow the rising and falling notes of the music. The latest scientific research on slow deep breathing, shows that it is effective at reducing the symptoms of anxiety [1] and insomnia [2]. Scientists are finding that a particular rate of breathing - around six breaths a minute - is especially effective at triggering a relaxation response in the brain and body. Our breathing meditation music guides you to breath at this special resonant breathing rate.

Binaural Beats

When you hear two tones, one in each ear, that are slightly different in frequency, your brain perceives a beat at the difference of the frequencies. This is called a binaural beat. Harmonic Breathing contains theta binaural beats which some research indicates can lead to a reduction in anxiety. To perceive binaural beats you must wear headphones.

Infrasonic Bass

Some research suggests that very low bass tones when played back through a speaker vibrating on the body can promote relaxation.  Harmonic Breathing contains specially designed deep bass for this purpose.  Some people find the extra sensation adds to their relaxation.  For this purpose we recommend the Woojer Strap in focus mode, placed on the chest.

Binaural Nature Sounds

Harmonic Breathing contains a wide range of binaural nature sounds including rain, streams, rivers and the ocean.  These have been recorded using binaural techniques, and as a result when played back through headphones they create a 3D stereo impression of actually being in the location where the sound was recorded.  Research shows that nature sounds help the body and mind to relax.
